His name is Steve Lavimoniere, and he works in and around Dartmouth, Massachusetts. What he doesn't know about plumbing and heating isn't worth knowing (bit like a Yanky Tom) and has been in the business 35 years. He's also a bit of a character and has lots of catchphrases. He drives a big walk through truck which is loaded with most of the spares he needs as most of his work is over a wide area. He does new videos most days on all aspects of HVAC.
He is licenced for all his work, and does;
General plumbing Gas Oil Warm air AC LCS pipe fitting Wells Domestic (mostly) and small commercial work
Definitely old school, solders everything but never uses a bender. Also uses lead and oakum/hemp on toilet flanges and cast iron joints. He usually starts the videos in his truck with his dog, then takes you on a job in each video. His camerawork and editing is great, and you feel like you're on the job with him. Even old hands will learn things from him.
His channel is -
www.youtube.com/channel/UC4mZGMmJ1kOaOG1oRACZDbQ
One of the videos showing his skills using lead and Oakum to make a seal. It's a two parter and the lead and Oakum work starts at 6 mins in the second video -
Not all of his videos are this long and most are not two parters. Plenty of shorter vids too.

I've seen a few of his videos with him and his 🐕 he doesn't care how he speaks to stupid people, it makes me laugh. Very talented plumber indeed.

Yes, definitely doesn't suffer fools, but I think Americans from that area can be quite direct. Part of it is the fact that he's a one man band and always flat out so doesn't always have time for small talk. Still a character though, with plenty of catchphrases. He puts 200% into everything and as well as having the technical skills, he always pays great attention to detail.
Have been watching him for a couple of years now, and although US systems are different, I have still learnt quite a few things from the way he works. It's the way that he films to make you feel you're on the job with him that makes his videos addictive.

S.L. 'Sounded like you were getting confused there.' Customer. 'No I don't get confused.'
How many times have I wanted to say that to a customer?
Funny you should post that video. It's one of his best for banter, and I almost posted it myself for an example of his videos. There's a similar one of a garage freeze up he did where he's working above garage doors disturbing asbestos, no mask. He doesn't seem to worry about PPE, except the gloves. 'Why would you wear gloves?'.
This one -

You won't be disappointed, Wetfinger.
I think there's about 5 years of videos.
I never watch the AC ones, as it doesn't really interest me. And some of the house winterizing ones are a bit similar. I like the general plumbing ones and the gas/oil boiler repairs.

Good viewing, the tiler must have dot and dabbed the tile and then he took his Bosch hammer to it and it cracked and ruined the job.
In the US are there any rear exit bogs or do they all have those wax ring flanges in the floor, I've seen those before.

Yes, seems to be all wax flanges over there. Not sure if our system is better or theirs. Theirs might be a bit more work to do on original install of new wc, having to pipe downwards under floor or into ground. Their bogs all seem to be symphonic and give a big draw to pull everything out of the pan. Visited the States, and their toilets are big with lots of water in pan. Felt like sitting on the edge of a small pond. But then again, isn't everything bigger in 'Murica?
