I dunno dafty, I've never tried it, If you're happy with it as it is, why worry, as long as there are no sharp edges to cut flesh, go with what you have, what ever paste/filler you use will show up bigger than the marks you already have,www.toolstation.com/shop/p70918 set your mind to, not looking down and it will be ok, there are no shower tray police that call round inspecting them, Think that's a really good point. I'll leave it as a reminder what a stupid fking dafty I was to let a fking acrow prop (of all things!) to wallop my tray like that !!!!! Plus the wife doesn't seem too bothered by it. Only thing I worry about (I'm a worrier as well as a Dafty - bad combination) is if it has somehow damaged the tray so that down the line it will crack or something.

One thing I've learnt is as soon as something in a room is toppled over it will go straight to the only decent thing in the room, guaranteed.

And here is my proof of my fkup today. Part of the reason it happened is because the other side of that tiny room with all the props and knackered wall is because of a roof leak going on for years. I've fixed that but need to rebuild the wall. I should have done all that before thinking about getting the tray down but I didn't know what lay behind the plasterboard on that fked up wall. Is there anything I can do (that doesn't involve replacing the tray) ? No such "polyfilla" for trays exists? or you could try some milliput epoxy its a cheap option if you can get a colour match. 4 or 5 quid . www.amazon.co.uk/Milliput-Epoxy-Putty-White

Yes, very true. Had hung a brand new rad on the wall for customer this morning. Just about to start piping up when I knocked my gas torch over, and of course the nozzle took a nice chip out of the paint right in the middle. Managed to blag it with Wickes, saying just opened packaging and rad was damaged. Sending me another.

Ha ha ha I would have had my white touch up stick out before the chip had landed after I made the compulsary but pathetic attempt to 'rub it better' thinking that its just a mark. If still stands out them wipe off and stroll away whistling nowt to do we me.
