ahh now it makes sense except for, If he's figured out the valve is stuck, he will have figured, its gonna stick again, So he should have swapped it or made arrangements to do it when he had more time, not just move it and fuck off, typical GB ,,  Shower of shite ! |

If it's BG, one of their £900 power flushes will fix it. Not cheap, but their special, magic flushing machine fixes all known faults on any boiler.
The BG slogan is, 'if in doubt, flush it out!'

It maybe dropping out on the High Limit stat, due to no water in the system?

I’ll pop round again today & see what he’s done. I agree with Tom. If the 3 port sticks it should be changed & everything is covered under the BG plan.
I’ll report back later
