Bloody hell Tom you've a video for every occasion Tom you say you used a lot of 10mm pipe, is that is the smallest size you would fit. 8mm pipe can be a godsend in some installations but having seen the blockages you can get in dirty systems great care has to be taken with tight bends. weve all seen " flat" bends coming out of walls to rad valves. Even worse is plastic 10mm pipe which with an insert goes way narrower , that stuff for some reason blocks up in front of your eyes. Just out of curiosity would anyone here use 10mm plastic in their own home - I wouldnt, great to fit though.

the last time I was on new house work, it was ALL 10mm plastic, I did not like it, but it does work surprising well, So since then when i was decorating my lounge I sunk 10mm plastic in my walls to get rid of the pipes and its ok, works well and no blockages, up to now,

I use 10mm plastic in Barratt Boxes etc all the time, works great!! Don’t use manifolds & careful of long runs for big radiators, Flush & clean the system. Use a good Fernox inhibitor, Sentinal is shite. You’re Golden all good for 20-30 years!!
