Went out to one today which is leaking from behind, got the inspection camera out it's leaking from the outlet and the flush pipe modern shit for you ! Apparently it's had this problem before about 2yrs ago. Giving them a priced to rip it out and put a normal toilet in, they don't want this set up anymore. Keep it simple I say, like me. They are all shite Dafty, modern day thinking by people that have never fitted or worked on a toilet. I agree with that ! Here's another example. I asked their technical support over email (to be fair they answered quickly) where is the part that is clearly shown in the instructions that goes in before the basket - its like a cup which maybe distributes the water more evenly or something. Here was his reply: In answer to your question, no need to worry, the part marked by you on the installation instructions is called a flush reducing beaker. The flush reducing beaker is only used if the installation of your cistern is a commercial situation and has to comply with the BREAM regulation (a reduced flush volume of 4.0 litre and 2.6 litre water volumes). If there has been no request to comply with BREAM then you do not need to install the part stated below. So why the Fk don't they say that in their instructions? AND as said before, if they really care about saving every drop of water, how about making the very intricate plastic design at least seal ?

Never had a problem with WH WCs, normally very easy to fit. Fit McDee when poss.
If there’s no frame, though they’re not the best, fit a flexi on the outlet & ensure it’s a good quality flush pipe connector onto the WC.
