Now, ch isn’t my strong point.
I have been asked to add a towel rad in a bathroom. There’s already a rad there, so I take it I can just tee off from the flow & return pipes & that’s all.
If I’m wrong please explain
Cheers all

Sounds about right to me, if the F/R run under where the new rad is then happy days, if not then just run the rad supplies from them.

depends on the size rocky, if the pipes to the rad are 15mm. no problem at all, if they are 10mm they will supply 10,000 btus, so if the added output of the towel rail and rad is more than 10,000 btu's you will need more input, if its less, go for it,

As Tom has said, it does depend on the pipe size to the existing radiator & if the system is >40 years, it maybe a single pipe system.
