Had an inspection camera for about a year now, it's not an expensive one and it paid for itself the first time I needed to use it. Went to a job on Wednesday on my way to another job just to have a look and either fix it there and then or come back with more time available. Customer said toilet not filling, gets there and it's a vanity type with about 3 inches above the cistern where the top part is like a small kitchen worktop that spans the length of the room and has the sink built into it, i.e. a pain in the arse if anything goes wrong. Water was isolated as it turns out it was continually running into pan and they have another bathroom, they then tell me they had tried to repair the fill valve that morning as it was taking ages to fill and that they 'may' have dropped something in there. I managed to pop my phone in the gap and take a picture: Attachment DeletedNothing much going on there apart from the blu loo block, I didn't have a lot of time so said I'd be back with the inspection camera as I didn't fancy taking the bathroom apart. Went round yesterday afternoon and this is what I found Attachment DeletedYou can see from the picture that the camera has a hook attachment, took a few minutes and some swearing but managed to fish the torbeck washer out and be on my way. Without the inspection camera that could have been a 3 or 4 hour job
