I had a quick scoot online, craig from big brother, did a nice job on them ,but didnt show the cutting!! Just placing them on wall. I would have used my diamond wheel, but PB got me thinking it wont work on 5 mm ceramic from a past post. Will be doing the job in july hopefully. House needs a new boiler, rads and controls, everything is from 1989 regarding bathromms and ensuite. Going to fit a nice quadrant shower cubicle and all modern suites etc. Ive had tenants in for years so didnt want to upgrade till now. (😇) If i didnt have the skills to do 2 bathrooms and a heating system Id be forking out between £10k to £15k. But all savings will be swallowed by new windows throughout methinks. And new kitchen , oh and boss wants a hottub too😂

I used a wet saw what PB tips , years ago, very good for about £20, but me being an impatient sod ,always end up pushing it through like on the old dial phones I used to pull the dials back quickly couldnt Stand waiting for the slow drag. But its got to be a nice finish so I will try my diamond first, if its too rough, grab the wet saw ,as they so cheap and like PB states , they do the business👍, Ive used the link youve put on aswell cylinderman, and I knew a tight plumber ,who took cutting to next level, hed use a rusty old nail!!

Just don't do it Bearwood's way. I couldn't resist posting this:
The grout lines are absolutely clogged with set adhesive and it looks like his spacers are cemented in too. Also, his lines round the internal edges look way off.
Perhaps I shouldn't throw stones - about to do my shower area soon but surely nobody could do worse than what he's done ?
