Anton gas analyser has temp probe. Ive never used it though, just use my hands to see differential. Unless ive got a know it all client. I then get all my gadgets and bleeping machines out🧐

I agree with glowbug, I use my hands but if a customer realy needs to know a precise temp. I have 2 pipe stats that clip on the pipe or press against a rad, I've had them about 10 years and only ever used them once to impress the gassafe inspector,

Some multimeters have the ability to connect a k type thermocouple, or you can get standalone readers cheaply.
Infra red thermometers are probably your best bet overall though for simplicity, ease of use and reasonable cost.
I would like the flir attachment for my phone but I don't need it and it ain't cheap.

I use my Kane flue gas analizer & cheapo chinky K Type pipe clamps. I’ve also a cheapo probe & combined meter👍👍
