I bought a cheap shower door. I got sucked into thinking the 8mm glass made it a good deal and maybe it is but boy am I having trouble installing it.

I think I'm nearly there now (no thanks to the terrible instructions). Does anyone with more common sense than me know what the red dashes are in the attached from the manual? Is it where not to silicone? And where do they mean anyway?
By the way the "best" part of this shower door is that on one side I'm 99% certain you are supposed to drill and plug into the wall at about a 30 degree angle to get access (WTF !!) and worse the screws are all visible from inside.
