Hello
Can anyone help me please?
When changing the fill loop on a combi boiler do you need to drain down?
Silly question so sorry. Just don't want to have a flood!
Cheers all

yes rocket you need to drain off, i just let the pressure off and do it quick, have every thing to hand and a bowl underneath and a couple of towels handy,

Ok thx Tom
Will water come out both ends or just the end closest to cold flow?
In other words if I do that end first & close valve will the other end gush?
Thx

if there's a tap on both sides of the loop you won't have a problem, If its only one tap, shut the water main off as well and open a cold tap to let the pressure off then you only have to control the water coming out of the heating part,
