Hello all Got in from work today and noticed a leak from the bottom of my boiler upon further inspection it’s the plate heat exchanger that’s leaking, the bottom seal between the DHW temp sensor manifold and the heat exchanger is banjaxed, I’ve ordered some new seals, any tips/pointers on removal of the HE?

they're straight forward mate they'll come out without stripping load of parts, they're the easiest of the combi's to work on,

Fantastic news, I’ve had a quick look and it looks not bad to remove 👍👍

Just remember to keep any water leakage away from the PCB or you'll spend more time drying the PCB out than doing the heat exchanger job.
