I honestly can't be arsed, gave them the £30 back and I won't hear from them again.
Not saying it's right but I'm not inviting stress over £30.
If it had been enough money or time spent to worry about I'd probably be different.

I actually agree with that JC, when it happens to me, I rise above it, they might think they have won but they have lost a valuable Allie, plumbers don't grow on trees and next time they get one, he might be a bearswood brown type workman, They'll be sorry then  |

Each to their own👍i feel for you jc, obviously not the money ,but the principle is the issue here. This is an old un ,told many times with many different figures ,but always worth remembering  |
