A mate of mine called today, he rents his parents house out and an eastern European family have moved in, they have some problems and he asked me to sort it,
I knocked on the door and a girl ( 10 mayby 12 years old ) answered, " hello I'm a plumber, is your mum/dad in " she shouts in the back room in her lingo, I'm thinking, WTF they know I'm coming, its been arranged, why send a none inglish speaking person to a door in England ?? , anyrode an older girl/lady comes to the door and leads me to the boiler cupboard upstairs, ( nice arse) and says " boiler needs to be refilled every couple days", Its a combi and the pressure is dropping,
" also crack in kitchen rrroof , come I show you" Its an artex ceiling and she is showing me the pattern, " its all cracked and uneven, need fixing, come, i show you why" then she leads me back upstairs, were i have another look at he fine arse and says " walk here" the floorboards are wobbly and I acknowledge this and say " thats not making the kitchen ceiling pattern uneven " but she's insistent, that she needs a new kitchen cieling and a new landing floor,
I phoned my mate, "you've took a load of trouble on here mate, I'm not going back"
