I had that on a cheap bar mixer shower for N Indian years ago. He was ok! I can’t believe I said that!!!

Just a vibration in the Tap jumper & Washer. I’d just replace, Screwflux did do replacements for them.
They’re just cheap shite taps & poorly machined.
