Cracked bath

So I swapped a cracked bath before but had to hack off the tiles to get the new one in.

I’ve got another!!!!!!

Again it’s in a position where I can’t slide it in. It’s a standard size & the bathroom is small & tiled.

I don’t think I’m missing a trick bit anyone any thought on getting the new one in easy without the tiles coming off?
