What a find for both the frog and engineer who noticed it.

I’d imagine the condensate would be a bit acidic?

The acid from condensate is a scaremongers ticket to earning money, As a child/teenager, I swam and fished in the Westwood lakes, they were formed by the condensate water from the Westwood power station of Wigan in the giant cooling towers, The power station is long gone, as are the cooling towers but, the lakes formed under them are a thriving nature resort, there are no deformed fish, frogs, swans, ducks nor kids, I am proof of that, well almost, i do have a very big Dick with two heads, but hey, thats good, innit ?
