Attachment Deletedsaw this 12v charger in shitfix and thought brilliant! Then I saw the price£65!!! What size inverter could I buy to plug into fag lighter and charge up with my mains DeWalt charger.? it would be a lot cheaper to do it this way . .

I have quite a small 12v to mains converter think its about 125w and have used it in the past to run my dewalt 12v battery charger, the mains input required is quite a low current but it takes it out of your van battery so beware of leaving it charging when not running otherwise you might over discharge it -

Just fit an inverter in the van, plug into the Fag Lighter for low current draw & clamp directly onto the van battery for bigger current items. 👍👍

sound, don't forget the advice about leaving it charging without your engine running for any length of time, I had to have a jump start a couple of times when i forgot to disconnect mine

Bit pricey but "does what it says on the tin"well happy with this product 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I've had an inverter for yrs but never really use it, I make sure I plug my batteries in people's houses even if I'm not using them for their job I'm sure they are a great asset to some though who may be buzzing about doing reactive works

on average about every 40 miles, but it all depends on how I use it, it has 5 levels of assist, off is just a normal bike, 1. is eco 2. is standard 3, is power 4. is super power 5. is turbo So if i ride in eco all day, it will do 50 miles easy, If I ride in turbo all day it will do 20 miles and a lot depends on the terrain, it will use more uphills So you have to balance out how much you pedal, a pro cyclist going along a flat road doing a steady speed of 12 mph is producing 250 Watts, he can do that all day, my bike will produce 350 watts in level 5 so I can piss all over him but only for 20 miles, Its fucking great passing the lycra clad bikers with a smile from ear to ear then disapearing into the distance and hiding behind a bush and watching the twat pedal like fuck trying to catch you,

I too have one fitted in the van but prefer as PB does, charge your gear at the customers premises as you can see we're your equipment is - in the van means anxiety when owning power tools!
