hello all
I think I’ve a poorly boiler ☹️
It’s in a property I’m selling (been empty for quite awhile) went to check things today and no heating or hot water, blue light on front is flashing fast, any ideas?
You can hear the pump running.

Have you checked the gas has not been switched off. Starting with the basics first mate.

I wouldn’t mess around with the gas unless you know what you’re doing.
What boiler? Could be a jammed pump.

Could be several things wrong with it matey. The fans are complete shite on these. I’ve replaced a good few.
