Hello All This morning when running the Hot Tap i noticed water was stone cold, i checked boiler (Baxi 105HE) and it was flashing 60 and water pressure on gauge was at zero, topped up to 1 Bar all ok, came in after work pressure had dropped slightly, checked all Rad connections all good, have topped back up to 1 Bar will check again in the morn. Has anyone any ideas what could be causing it? maybe Expansion Vessel?
As always
TIA

its a good chance it is the pressure vessell, to check, look outside where the blow off pipe goes through the wall, if the wall is wet, its a sign the water is blowing off and that points to the expansion vessel or poor circulation,

You sure it's not just the PRV passing water though?

You sure it's not just the PRV passing water though? defo mate the water is running through the condensate tank filling it and overspill into the empty chamber and out through the white plastic pipe, the prv copper drain is bone dry

Well changed my secondary heat exchanger which went relatively well only to find my fan unit was bolloxed so that was as smart as a chapped arse, new fan unit fitted today, boiler back up and running 👍👍👍👍
