I got called out to this power pack heater in this bathroom which is used a lot and not heating the water, I said you need a arriston heater with a 15L tank and told them the one there isn't up to the job.Gave them a price and they said things are tight at the moment can I just bodge it up. What makes me laugh is this bathroom is not the main house but a annex in the garden, tight twats. Attachment Deleted

Tell them of course but that means you'll have to pay me £80 to do parts research or if you can find these items yourself I'll fit them - they sharp take the new install. 1x PCB for what ever it is 1 X heating element for whatever it is

Its a Heatrae sadia power pack and has lime scale build up in the heat exchanger so if you reduce the water flow through it you get hot water at a poor flow rate, and heatrae don't do a replacement heat exchanger I told the customer that and she was happy with water coming out slowly but at some point the pressure switch won't work and they'll be fucked.

I wish i had an annex in my garden , some people don't realise how lucky they are and it's usually these types who are the tightest...!
