The dreaded air lock  I've had some right fuckers over the years, normally In big old houses. One house I did yrs ago was a nightmare ! The guy had drained the loft tank to change some bath taps if I remember rightly and then filled the tank back up and just a dribble, he couldn't get it running and surrendered. Unluckily for me I got the call.  |

Looks handy alright. Would those threads fit washing machine hoses? Could be used for drain down situations etc! Good find!!  It will be 1/2" and washing machine hoses are 3/4" mate. |

I don’t think it’ll be1/2” BSP mate, these threads are usually finer.
