Attachment Deleted. Attachment Deleted..fixing a toilet pan down to a concrete floor today, hammer drill in situ then screw these direct into hole, no messing with plugs. Great fix and comes with white cap covers its the same fixings window installers use.

Found this short clip about them:
Did make me wonder something though. Am I using my cordless driver too much? Ultimate Handyman uses a drill here and it seems to make sense when cutting a thread but if I used a driver, maybe the thread wouldn't cut so neatly as it is providing uneven torque as it turns? ANy other situations not to use a driver?

Concrete screws are brilliant. Use a 6mm bit for an 8mm screw. They're much better than express nails used for door frames into concrete.

The instructions do say to use a 6mm drill bit and you do get a very strong fix, however I've been using a 6.5mm drill bit and I find the screw drives in lovely 👍 I've also discovered if you get a poor fix with these, which is not often, take the screw out and put a brown plug in and it's a really solid fix! I've used the same method on breeze block and its a very good fix!!💪💪 Give it a try, endfeed junior's t.v is hanging from his wall with this brown plug method! Gotta go I've just heard a massive crash from upstairs 😂😂😂😂😂

Yes, sometimes with a 6 you have to reverse and re drive! Using them for wallplate in small concrete shed at the moment. Hope you're TV didn't get injured!

Yeah! It's not that kind of screw!! Some of these guys get so excited about ordinary shite "Once it's in...it'll take some pulling out!!" Video should be called "Carry on Screwing"

I never knew they existed
I’m impressed
Do they work on breeze block?

There're shite on breeze blocks rocky, however I've found if you use a brown plug the grip is strong as fook!! I've hung a massive t.v on the wall this way💪These days on breeze blocks I like the chem fix. Unbelievable stuff!
