A while ago both Tom and PB done videos on two different pumps they bought to boost the water pressure on different jobs at around £40. Now for me that allows at better solution and a tap of your choice for very little work if you've got the space for the pump.

You want a tap or better still 2 seperate screw down taps with the inners washers instead of quarter turn ceramic discs and hard piped with copper instead of flexis for a better flow rate when there's not a lot of head.

Firstly, thanks a lot all for ideas. Pump look interesting. Are they normally fitted close to the tap? Do they make a lot of noise?
I definitely couldn't fit it close to the cylinder because this sink would be being used by a lodger but if no issue next to sink it seems like it could be a solution.
Good point about not using flexis. I'll do that for sure.

When you get them let me know and I'll tell you the best way on installation. Thanks again. Should be arriving Tuesday but will be some weeks before installation - kitchen cupboards just about to be ordered etc. Getting everything early, since it helps planning - might need yet another DP switch etc...
