to get the front off there are two short self tapper type screws at the top, then from underneath there are 2 more long screws on an angle then the whole front comes off I don't know if the drop down bit is a separate part or you have to get the whole front cover,

Is there any tricky bits when fitting one? Not really , all the bits just click out quite easy and its just a matter of swapping over the panel and click them back in , if i can recall it took me about half hour to do it....take a pic of it before you do it to help you putting it back together......

Cheers Be interested to know Thx Found this Rocket www.manualslib.com/manual/678110/Bosch-Greenstar-30cdi.html?page=31#manualsimilar to Tom's advice but different in that it has a top clip for removal to fit the panel. i would be interested to know if your boiler has the top clip or top two screws all seem to have the bottom to screws which you must only loosen not remove!

these panels are always troublesome, I've seen many fastened up with sellotape or bluetack, you'd think worcester would do something about it, smiley-violent001 hammertime

A quick tip for you rocket , if its just those little square pegs that have broken , this is what i have done and it works ok... Click the panel off by bending in slightly , then get a very small self tapper screw or similar and super glue it into the hole where the square peg went , then drill out a small hole where the square peg used to be just 1mm bigger than the screw , let the glue set hard for about 5 mins then offer the panel back into position slightly bending it to click it over the protruding screw and that will work fine and save's having to buy a new panel.......

Afternoon advisors
Done the panel replacement job - all as per the advice given(one clip and two screws to slacken and a bit care with the pastiic hooks) - spent more time cleaning my finger prints off it.
Customer gave just shy of £50 off HRP for the bits.
She said British Gas wanted just sort of £200 todo the job and she would have had to take a day off work.
All happy and it was a better job than yesterday roof job haha.
