Rocky those people exist but I find few and far between jobs.
However, this is when your (£20 sack weighing 25kg) bicarbonate comes in a treat I tell them" these three small plastic cups have a dose of easy flush agent which must be added to the toilet water and flushed before you next use it" if you fail to follow these instructions you'll have more problems and call outs!"
The logic being the materials and free and their getting off lightly.

Then there’s the bucket of water & disinfectant to clean you Plunger or Drain Rod👍👍 |

Sinse Tappy learned me that plastic bottle trick, I use that every time now and love it when the customer pays me with that " I could have done that myself" look on their face, they have to pay because they don't know what we know,

If she's your latest squeeze, crushing sounds quite intense. But having a crush is a good thing. 
Agree with Dick though. Never make a job look too easy, or too quick. Give the punters the impression they're getting value for money - even if they're not.
