Well the toilet I unblocked 3 weeks ago has blocked again. He wants me there tonight but that’s not happening for less than £150 but he won’t pay emergency call out so I’ll go tomorrow.

I might have to take the toilet out to see if something is in it. It’s a head scratcher.

I’ll lift the manholes nearby to see if they’re clear which they probably will be as the neighbours shitters are ok.

1960’s council house, bathroom redone but toilet in the same place & straight out into cast iron stack.

Any thoughts?

It's not how long it took to block it's how much has it been used would be my first question along with what type of users do we have?

If the main holes you previously checked are flowing and show no sign of backing up then I would be inclined to think pot problem.

However, I have had tree roots (soft fibrous type) give me a good bit torture when looking into a slow flow issues before which allowed fluid to pass easily but backed up solids.
