Screwfix are pretty good. Shouldn’t be a problem. Are you a trade customer with them? I’ve had a problem with a hedge trimmer, only cheap, buy cheap buy twice, it failed in November after a month or so, took it back as I needed to do a job, they swapped it in December but looked yesterday & there’s red oil on it so it’s going back again this week. Was it Titan Rocky? Always wondered if the price was to good to be true. Yes it was. They’re ok. No quality but for bashing hedges they’re ok. Don’t last long. But for £30 of it lasts a season then that’s ok. I just bought an Ego 56v hedge trimmer. Superb. No more cables. Cost me £250 but very pleased with it.

Got the call yesterday the replacement pump has failed so it lasted 3 months same shit. Its not getting starved, there are no taps running I put the strainers on and the hot water is the correct temp, I took it back to Screwfix and got a refund. Just need to wait now till the Stuart Turner pumps are in stock. It’s a mystery sometimes why things fail. It makes us look like idiots. Very annoying indeed.

Must have a running fault with them, probably using poor quality parts. Anything can fail once, but twice in as many months then you've got to kick that product into touch.

They do work and work well but if the install isn't as they want they won't honour the warranty. I keep this document on file to jog my memory www.free-instruction-manuals.com/pdf/pa_1001753.pdf
