I installed four Zip taps in an office block and all of the traps have started leaking, the builder supplied the sinks, traps and sink wastes, Cheap & nasty stuff. I've changed the traps to Macalpine's but I'm now concerned about the actual sink wastes will fail next as they won't be able to cope with the boiling water temperature from the Zip taps.
Anyone else have any experience with these taps that provide instant boiling water?

Them instant taps shouldn't be a problem in that way to the waste, I've fitted many with no problems mate. |
