I need to connect up a 16mm irrigation system that the irrigation installer has tried to ram a 16mm pipe into a 15mm speed fit hole and it won't fit obviously. I've been asked to rectify this, so how can I transition a 16mm plastic pipe to something more useable?

Hose pipe fittings will fit irrigation pipe normally clart so should be easy to knock something together. Hose pipe fittings also work on 1/2" black alkethene if you need a temporary repair
