I've just signed this on-line petition. chng.it/29v7JgvZnZIt looks to be genuine at first,however, you then get a request for a donation or a share on S.M. I'm always suspicious when you sign something in good faith for it then to be quickly followed by a request for £££s. If you get one in your inbox, don't respond to it is my advice.
