Replaced a siamp Monaco side entry fill valve 6 odd weeks ago, like for like swap.
Toilet overflowing on Monday. Played about, cleaned diaphragm & all ok, flushed 10 times, no problems, cutting off like a dream.
Overflowing again, just turned water to toilet off & ordered another one.
Any thoughts? Just bad luck?
Cheers all

Worth checking that it's got the restrictor fitted rocky, these things use the incoming mains pressure to help them close. The mains pressure is always higher in the middle of the night. After Brexit we're going to have to take them all out anyway so that we can fit our good ole Portsmouth pattern one's in their place .

I've had torbecks fail after a few flushes, had siamps only last a couple of months. Never had an issue with fluidmaster though except one that looked like it had been kicked round the warehouse. Don't think I've ever had issues with Dudleys either. I like torbecks, not because they're good, but they make me good money
