Tom, that's very decent of you but don't spend any time on my account - its not like I'm fitting them now I just want a backup for when its Christmas day and the pump gives in.
Also don't mind spending a couple of quid at toolstation etc just need to know what to get.

I sent you a pm Tom but I hope you don't need to send me your own adapters! Please don't I'd be too embarrassed to accept.
Pic attached and you can see I'm holding a 28mm olive next to it so you can see the scale. I'm using the olive as its what I had to hand - not at all suggesting its a compression connection if anything looks like it would accept a washer.

This fitting should get you onto 28mm copper www.screwfix.com/p/compression-adapting-female-coupler-22mm-x-1/50777Ptfe and boss white wrapped around the pump threads will be a must and wrapped thickly around the closing threads closest to the pump. Could be a plumbing oddity pump you've got there DD or could it be the new thing for ch pumps? Good idea to give us a comparison with that 28mm olive

these adapters are probably made for the job and seeing as you bought the pump because of my recommendation, Its only right I send them to you, As I've said before, I have no need for them and they'll just get scrapped some day so, I'm sending them to you dafty, Its the least I can do,

Tom's the best bet DD. My link is to B1" which is the wrong size - you'll need B11/4" to fit those connectors onto your pump which Sfix don't have. Tom will only be happy if he can send you them.

If nothing else, this has become a skool day for us in the brew cabin, before now, I never knew pumps came with different fixings,Its either a new way or wrongly made pumps and they've put the adapters in to compensate, So be careful before buying cheap pumps,

yea I think its got the kung Flu, click the return button on the purchace history, it will ask why you are returning it, click, " not as described" and you should get a " print returns form", If that does not happen or you want to try these fittings, they are yours, Give me you address and I'll do the rest, Its my duty as a Northerner, a scholar ( although a dumbo scholar ) and proprietor of the brewcabin,

My pump looks quite different to yours in a different box. MAybe I will send it back. It looks like an 1” BSP thread Dafty. Measure the outside diameter, if it’s 1 1/4” then it’s an 1” BSP thread. 1” BSP is common in other parts of Europe on Pumps matey👍

Seems like I could connect it to 28mm pipe with two of these ? www.toolstation.com/compression-coupler-female/p65821And would the supplied washers be enough or would I gunk the threads? I'd actually be happy to get rid of those pump valves and connect it up that way.
