How the fuck is a young lad(ess), to learn if they aren't afforded the wit, wisdom, and anything that comes to hand, being thrown at them to "empower" their education? 36_20_21surpize

Whilst I know there are still a lot of people wanting to try, not being "chastised", stops a lot more from learning.

How do you get through all that youngsters arrogance though in order to help build up their confidence (which it's easy to mistake for confidence)?
My age group would have been murdered by the old buggers if we had shown them the same disrespect.

I try to stay positive by telling him/foreman that he'll grow into it.
