Anyway, yesterday I said the call out was £65 first hour plus £30 per half thereafter. All ok.

Leak into downstairs flat, ballcock in cwsc overflowing, swapped it out, no more dripping, an inch below pipe, all good.

Then she wants to make sure washing machine isn’t leaking! I said she was on the meter, all ok, put it in a 12 min wash. No leaks as I knew as it was all bone dry.

Then she starts saying her part shouldn’t leak because no other flats were leaking!!!

I’m over the hour now & not interested.

I told her she was talking nonsense & the bill was £105.

She came back with £100 & said she didn’t have a fiver. I told her to go to the cash point 5 minutes walk away, then suddenly the fiver appears!!!!

Now she’s messaging me about the hot water pressure that I said can borrow fixed with an unvented & a couple of grand.

She’s gone quiet.

I enjoyed the job but not her!!!!
