Menstral cycle?
Reminds me of the lad who asked his bird if they were on for a bit of nooky that night. She told him she couldn't because she was on her menstral cycle. Boyfriend replies "that's alright, I'll follow you on my Honda."

Some good public bridleways round the Wigan area then tom? yea my bother in law takes me out and he is a wizard on off road paths , parks and canal bank rides, he's been cycling all his life and knows routes all over the northwest, he makes cycling a joy, I'll have to find where the local tracks are myself when I finally get me e-bike; I've not rode a peddle bike for over 40 years so it'll take me a while to get the hang of it again. Someone told me this week the difference between a bridleway and a footpath is that you are allowed to ride your bike on a bridleway but not on a footpath.
