I’ve no problems doing the chasing for ch pipes, wrapping them & doing the bonding before plastering.
My comment & question is-
I usually put rads on the wall first then pipe up to them.
Are there any tricks to pipe up in walls before rads are on wall? Also, should the pipes come out of the wall at 90 degrees or should the come out & point upwards?
I’ve only got 3 downstairs to do & I want them looking good!

the modern way is to bring them out in the middle then bring them out using a plastic junction box with long lenghts of 10mm pipe coiled up, so when you finish fix the rad, they run at the back and are unseen

ok so you can still bring then out together in the middle of the rad, when you know the height of the skirting board, pop the pipes out 2 inches above the skirting board in the middle of the rad position, So when the rad is fitted you won't see them exempt for a bit near the valves,
