Hello, I've just watched toms tips on how to fit a lead-loc on YouTube:
It looks like the grab ring is shown being put on the pipe the wrong way!
The video is old from 2012 so this may have been queried before but can't find anything in the search.
Would appreciate any comments on this.

It's the way they go on Mack. I know your thinking of the way compression rings go on copper pipe fittings but with lead locks it's the other way up. I always say unpack lead-locks carefully and take special note of the way and order that you take the rings off so you can reassemble in the same way. It's very easy to get it wrong. Thanks for bringing one of toms older videos to the surface Mack I enjoyed watching it again, tom always was a top entertaining performer - even in the early toms tip days !
