Does anyone know what size cable you need for an intergrated electric double oven?
It’s needs a 30 amp fuse. That’s all I know
Cheers all

It depends on a lot of things including whether the cable is clipped direct or buried somewhere and its length. The 30a "fuse" is presumably an mcb or rcbo in the consumer unit.
In the same way I'd never think about charging anyone for gas work (well any kind of work really in my case !), I wouldn't take on a job like routing a new cooker circuit unless I was a proper spark.
That said, 10mm would almost certainly cover it but if you know what you're doing you may well get away with less.....

I would say Dafty is ' on the money' with 10 mm and also it will have to have its own circuit from the box and have its own circuit breaker

As already state it depends on the instal but here's the guide use and the link to the cable ratings to suit the install used. Method A – Enclosed in conduit in an insulated wall Method B – Enclosed in conduit or trunking on a wall Method C – Clipped direct Method 100 – In contact with plasterboard, ceiling or joists, covered by thermal insulation not exceeding 100mm Method 101 – In contact with plasterboard, ceiling or joists, covered by thermal insulation exceeding 100mm Method 102 – In a stud wall with thermal insulation with cable touching the wall Method 103 – Surrounded by thermal insulation including in a stud wall with thermal insulation with cable not touching the walL Cable Ratings and Locations From On Site Guide to BS7671:2008 Plus Ammendment www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects/cablesizes.htm

6mm is right. Unless you're going to be running a top and a bottom oven on full power for hours (which I don't think you'd even do on Christmas day which is usually when ovens get tested/abused!!).
Sometimes the instructions say to use 4mm for lower powered ovens. Check the KW power. The bigger the KW the bigger the cable. Diversity is a fancy word which means the amount of power you use fluctuates due to oven temp etc. You're not always on full power, so you're nearly always going to be using less power than the full load, this means the cable doesn't have to be huge.
This vid is good

This vid is good I love JW, he’s such a knowledgeable guy👍👍 I wonder what happened to his Nan’s Ashes, he Normally has them on his origin! All a macabre & you can imagine him playing with his origin in the dark, while thinking about his Nan!!! Big Clive is another Weirdo, but very, very knowledgeable. He is BIG!! He’s a Glaswegian tree trunk.
