I’ve seen skirting covers

Rather than ripping skirting off & potentially the plaster I’ve seen mdf skirting covers that go & fix to the original skirting.

Has anyone experience of using them?

They come in various designs

Heaving off the old skirting can be a right pain. Sorry rocky, I've never used any, but what a good idea it is.
