wingnut, go to page 19 where it states, the boiler has a frost protection already fitted, the boiler will automatically come on when the temp is near freezing,

Evening Wingnut.
I assume the job is currently functioning correctly on it own timer and room stat which had its control wires connected to terminals 1 and 2 on block G as per the instruction for operation and the feeds for both timer and room stat from there own fused spur?

Hi mate It’s got a wireless stat Honeywell cm927 and a Honeywell bdr91 relay box, the relay box live and neutral is coming from the permanent live side of the boiler (switched fused spur) and the grey and black signal wires are terminals 2 and 1 respectively on block G

That means we will eventually have two wires in both terminal 1 and 2. Simply because the extra stat are parallel to the programmer timer and room stat. Does that make sense to you before we move on?

Next take a wire from block G terminal 2 to terminal 1 on the frost stat. Then you need a link wire between the frost to the pipe stat, this goes from terminal 3 on the frost stat to terminal C on the pipe stat. Now we need to get back to block G with a wire from the pipe stat which closes on temperature fall so that means we need a wire from pipe stat terminal 1 to block G terminal 1
