I got a roofer on standby to do the lead slate & roof tiles for the boiler flue. It’s goes straight up which is a blessing. I’ve cut the inside & the roof has straw insulation. It’s a bloody messy job. 1960’s something build.

Hi Rocky. Any images of the exit hole from outside? It hasn’t been done yet battle as it’ll be open to the elements. Hopefully the roofer will do it this week.

Fair play I ain't got stuck or fell off a roof yet but I would probably do the same after something goes wrong.

I never liked going on a roof but, I did, even in my 60's when i had a lad working for me refused to go up, I told him, " its part of the job lad, you can't pick and choose what you'll do and what you wont" , When I was a lad you did what you was told or you get fucked off, it seems times have changed, health and safety are important I know but,
