The image in the link shows push fit at the top (overflow point) and screw thread to the waste point.

I’ve got roper rodes taps at my gaff. Expensive but excellent quality.

As Dick says go with a clacker, the other type is annoying, never seems to push down enough or pop up enough, has an annoying adjustable screw which can end up down the waste hole. I have this annoying type. If I had my way I'd replace it with 1970s rubber plug and chain !! But it's never our decision gents is it?

That's the problem. Other half always wants something better whereas we'd be happy with tried and tested plug. We have to pay for the new waste, we have to fit it, we have to sort it when the over complicated piece of shite goes wrong - and we get the grief because it regularly goes wrong.
