Anyone used a wet vac on a cylinder vent to remove air locks? Is it any good? Does it work?

Got x8 showers with just a dribble of water coming from them, managed to shift an air to the kitchen off a different cylinder. Might try hose pipe with mains pressure down the cwst, worried might distribution lime scaleπ

From the images posted the job is full of compression fittings so it lends it self to localised bleeding.

Any chance it is a blockage in the cylinder outlet or have you flow to some other outlets ?

I may be wrong but from the picture it looks like the vent pipe and the distribution pipe are plumbed the wrong way round, only from what I can see from the photo

There's X 6 storage tanks in loft, X3 direct cylinder below tsnks, x8 showers,x1 Stuart turner pump, smaller cylinder feeds toilet and kitchen area at one end of building and other two cylinders at other end of building feed x8 showers with a s/turner pump.managed to remove air lock at kitchen/toilet area with hose pipe. Shower side I believe is air locked too as this all occurred when emersion heaters were switched off.

Will give it a go tomorrow, battle π .I think it's airlocked just before the pump. Going to dig a little deeper tomorrow, didn't have much time todayπ might blast bit of mains pressure down cold feed in storage tanks, bit worried about disturbing lime scale at bottom of cylinder though πππ
