I reckon there's plenty length on that pipe. If you were careful you could get your heat mat, bits of cement board, etc in there to protect the tiles, boxing, etc. Then solder a coupling and short length of pipe in.
Or lower the whole toilet.  |

Thanks. And sure enough, it does say 7cm in the description below but, knowing Amazon, I bet that's for the box it comes in. I tried to ask them a Q to confirm their dimensions but apparently, I don't buy enough from the nice Mr Bezos to warrant being able to ask a question. So fook 'em. |

There’s plenty of pipe as said
Cut near the bottom & put the ballofix on there, then a bit of copper with a push fit connector in the end
Job done & won’t look too shitty
