It’s a pretty tight fit in the quartz worktops. What’s the best thing to seal it with to stop liquid getting under it?
Sealing strip or silicone?
Cheers all
The move is hotting up. Friday is D Day so I need to get things useable

Plenty fitted with nothing but I've seen others with an adhesive rubber similar to what the window fitters use.

Never done it, but silicone? I'm thinking it would seal/stick better with the heating and cooling?

Cheers
I just want something to stop the spillages when Rct Jnr cooks as she’s really messy. Tasty food but messy.

Get her to practice more. Father daughter bonding, and you have more great food! Surely having to lift the hob occasionaly is worth the precious time spent together?
