Hi Guy's I tend to turn my back when asked can you fit me this tall designer Radiator because usually they want to fit to plaster board walls which is not good Now someone contacted me today asking the same thing but this time they say its on a solid internal wall ( which I think is probably Breeze block ) Now my Question is when you guy's fix these rads to a Breeze or brick walls ( probably Breeze ) what is the BEST wall fixing to use thank you Rawplug or what.....................

I hate those with a passion, If the brackets are metal I'd fix them but never those plastic chrome tube flimsey ones, but yea brown plugs always work for me,

If it's breeze Blocks I'd get brackets in position with brown plugs, don't use hammer action, use a 6.5mm drill bit(not 7mm) when happy in position ,use other holes in brackets and use resin anchor with threaded bar to suit holes. Belt and braces meπππ

Regular brown rawl plugs. Use 4'' screws at least. You could also put some no nails on the brackets before you screw them back.. At least if it falls of the wall in a year or two you've created some work for yourself

Thanks for all the replies guy's .......When I have done these before I have used the orange Plugs and bolts you get with Kudox Radiators
which are about a 10mm drill for the orange plug then hex bolt them on !!!!
But I will see whats what when I go and take a look at first but many thanks for all your wise thoughts !!!!!

You can get larger diameter and length Rawl plugs if you want something heavy duty. For big degigner rads I often use the extra large grey ones that come with their own large screws. Have even used these on dot and dab when run out of corefix. Some of the big designers can be quite weighty, especially when filled.
