Hi all
Got a rental property with gas fired central heating...existing boiler is 10 yrs old. Lasted well and has developed a leak which ill get fixed but no doubts it'll fail further down the road.
I'm gonna sell the house in next 12/18 months so if I need to replace the boiler I dont need a rolls Royce boiler as it dosent need to last...for you gas safe lads what replacement boiler would you fit???

If you’re selling something cheap. Or just keep what you’ve got.

It depends what type of boiler etc Windy. If it’s a combi, then Tom, as always is right on the money👍👍👍 The leak maybe only a minor repair & all that’s needed. Careful who’s services you employ, any cowboy can call themselves a Gas Engineer/Plumber these days!!
