is it losing pressure endfeed ? I know it will when they bleed the rad but, if the air is left in the rad, is it holding the pressure, I'm wondering if the rad is leaking at the top tappings and they hav't noticed the water, if its a small amount on the bathroom floor, it may go un noticed, That' where i would start,

Holding pressure like a good un tom, no signs of leaks, however it has cheap bq rad valves..

Could be as simple as the pump speed set too high causing cavitation or lack of inhibitors endfeed.

I know there's plenty of inhibitor because I put it in last year, will check pump speed though and air vent and plugs for leaksđź‘Ť will I be overthinking by thinking it's hydrogen?

I've had a couple which have needed half dozen visits to get the air truly out of the system. it Just takes time for the air to get top if the bolier is in the basement.
How many times has it been bleed and what's the boilers location on the install?

Try the match test.

Might try one of those Aladdin auto air vents battle👍

Sounds like a microleak, don’t use the boiler for a couple of hours, switch it off. Put the pressure up to just under 3Bar & leave it. Check the gauge after a few hours. A cold system at high pressure is the only way to find a leak👍👍
