Went back to the urinal job Took ceiling panels down, 2 leaks from compression fittings, tightened & all ok, no leaks. But, the ISO on the pipe to the pet lock is letting by, turned water off & replaced with decent wras one Dropped. Tried, tightening, loctite, lsx, ptfe around olive, still leaked!! I never had any pipe on me as I think it's the pipe, I'm going to redo the 10" after the ISO as that's where it's letting by. Couple of bends so good experience Customer very nice. It's a shipping company near Heathrow. Will go Monday afternoon

Well that's a lesson learned mate, always have some pipe with you Even for service jobs I make sure to have some offcuts and a few lengths, been caught out like you a couple of times.

I need to buy a van pipe carrier really. I'll sort it Monday. Cheers I wouldnt bother with one of those rocket , some twat will break it open and nick the copper , your better off cutting the lengths in half and putting in the van and when ever you need full lengths just stick them on the roof rack and take them straight on to the job..........
